A Huge Waterlily Pond - A Waterlily Field

This is a very big pond - a field of waterlily. If you travel along the national road number 2 around 25 km from Takeo province at your left hand, you will see a pagoda gate called "Wat Breuksa - វត្តព្រឹក្សា". And you go along that road about 4 or 5 km, you will see a big pond - an amazing waterlily field called "Beung Breuksa - បឹងព្រឹក្សា". Beung means pond, Breuksa means trees or forest.

This is my first time in life that I saw a huge filed filled with millions of red flowers of waterlily.The pictures that I took were the small to help describe this. But if you see with your own eyes. I believe you will be amazed, surprised. This is a wonderful place to take the fresh air or to relax after work.

There are a few people know that place and go to visit because it located in a remote rural area. Go to visit with your family and friends and see with own eyes. Big Relax. I recommend you to go early in the morning to see the flowers open or the evening when the sun heat cool down.
