Amazing Noodle Party with Friends

 Cambodian noodle or “Khmer Noodle”, is known as Num Banh Chok. It is one of the most favorite dishes in Cambodia and also a national dish of Cambodia. It is made from fermented rice which is served with few different types of soup such as Somlor Prahar or Somlor Khmer. The soup that served with this noodle consists of Khmer fermented fish, known as Prohok, Khmer ingredients “kroeung” and coconut milk. Moreover, Khmer Noodle is served with fresh raw vegetables and herbs, which increases provide a lot of vitamins and aroma. With this special dish, it creates an amazingly delicious dish.
